GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Central Warriors looked to be down for the count in their season opener against Palisade on Thursday.
Some how, some way, the Warriors found it within themselves to make an incredible comeback for their first win of the fall.
Palisade took two of the first three games from the home team Thursday night. However, the Warriors had the last laugh by winning the final two games and the match, 3-2.
Palisade (0-1) will play Roaring Fork in their home opener next Thursday.
Central (1-0) moves on to face the Indians of Montrose on September 11th.
