GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. The Palisade girls soccer game hosted Aspen for an interleague game, and they dominated the second half for an 8-0 win.

Though the team got off to a slow start against the 3A Skiers, leading just 1-0 at the half, a goal 15 seconds into the second half boosted the momentum. They went on to add six more for the big shutout. Brier YoungFleish led the way for the Bulldogs with a hat trick.

Palisade faces Battle Mountain on the road for their first league playoff game on Monday.
