GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Palisade Bulldogs have completely hand-cuffed the Battle Mountain Huskies over the last seven years, but this Friday may be a true challenge to the No. 2 team in the 3A.
Palisade has outscored Battle Mountain 318-49 in their last seven match-ups, including four shutouts. But the Huskies are a much improved team in 2011. They already have four wins in five tries, and in those previous seven seasons, they never finished above .500.
If Palisade can win, they will move to 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the WSL. For more on this story, tune into 11 News at 10 tonight.
