GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Palisade boys dominated Cheyenne South 56-35, but the girls fell to the Bison 42-31.
The boys (5-3) were led by Kane Gunther with 21 points. The Bulldogs did most of their damage in the first half, outscoring the Bison 34-17.
The girls lost to a Bison team that had not won a game in their two years as a program. Palisade trailed 28-25 midway through the third quarter, but they could not stay within striking distance.
