HS SOFTBALL: Palisade 12, Cortez 5

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Bulldogs used an 8-run first inning to pummel the Cortez Panthers 12-5 on Saturday.

Palisade had no one on and two-outs in the first when they batted around to take an 8-0 lead. Shelby Rubalcaba got the win for the Bulldogs, and they will play Eagle Valley at home on Sept. 20 for their next game.
