Kirby steps down as PHS softball coach

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- One year after being named the Palisade softball head coach, Tony Kirby is stepping down.

Kirby is resigning as the head coach because of scheduling issues with his other job. In his first year as the Bulldogs head coach, Kirby was named the WSL coach of the year. He also served as an assistant coach for four years prior.
