Palisade tops Rifle in high scoring affair

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Palisade Bulldogs hosted the Rifle Bears Monday night for a league match-up.

The Bulldogs started off the game hot with two goals scored by sophomore forward Marques Combs in the first half.

The Bears tried to get things going in the second half but came up short as they fell 7-4.

Palisade improves their record to 6-6 as they get set to take on the Delta Panthers on Thursday.
