Palisade ends winless drought, sweeps double-header

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Palisade Bulldogs ended their five-game losing streak and started a win streak with two victories over Eagle Valley on Saturday.

Palisade took advantage of a wet and windy first inning by putting up 10 runs. The Bulldogs eventually won the first game 15-2 in five innings. Palisade went on to win the second game 12-4 to improve to 2-1 in league play.
