PAONIA, Colo. (KKCO) -- The Eagles were unable to win their second straight as they fell 27-22 to the Tigers in a 1A Western Slope League game at Paonia High School on Friday night.
Paonia (1-4, 0-1) scored first when Steven Voight punched it in from one yard out. The touchdown was set up by a long pass play to Adrian Penny from Casey Gillenwater.
The Eagles host Meeker on Friday, Oct. 8.
