MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO) - Mesa County election officials say the final unofficial results are in for Decision 2009. Election results have to be certiified by the County Clerk and Recorder.

Mesa County Valley School District 51 Director District E
Greg Mikolai: 32.9%
Rose Femia Pugliese: 28.1%

There are two incumbent candidates uncontested up for School Board as well. Harry Butler and Leslie Kiesler will retain their seats in Districts C and D.

Referred Measure 1A: Should term limits for the office of District Attorney in the 21st Judicial District be lengthened by one additional term?
Yes: 55%
No: 44.2%

Referred Measure 1B: Should term limits for the office of Mesa County Sheriff be lengthened by one additional term?
Yes: 58%
No: 41.2%

Referred Measure 1C: Should term limits for the office of Mesa County Coroner be lengthened by one additional term?
Yes: 64.9%
No: 34.3%

Referred Measure 3A: Measure to eliminate term limits for School Directors of Plateau Valley School District 50.
Yes: 40.8%
No: 58.4%

Referred Measure 5A: Measure to eliminate term limits of Meas Water and Sanitation District.
Yes: 41.5%
No: 51.2%
