A mountain in Southwestern Colorado will be the new site for a US national monument.

A three-day ceremony is scheduled for Friday in Saguache County to name and dedicate Kia-Mia Mountain for those killed or missing in action.

It will honor veterans and families of those killed or missing in action from service in World War-I, World War-II, Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East are welcome.
The ceremony will be in Villa Grove, which is about 72 miles west of Pueblo

Ute Indian tribes, veterans groups, and the Air Force will be performing.
