A Naturita man accused of causing a crash that killed his fiancée' will make his first court appearance via telephone.

Robert Greenwood will be advised of his charges tomorrow in associate court located in the west end of Montrose. Troopers with the Colorado state patrol says Greenwood was doing doughnuts and driving up and down a gravel pit for fun near the Cottonwood campground when his SUV rolled off the top.

Toni carver was partially ejected and the Ford Bronco landed on her.

She was not wearing a seatbelt.

Greenwood is being held at the Montrose County jail His bond is set at $60 thousand.
