Denver (AP) A state panel has recommended that voters oust Jefferson County Judge Judy Archuleta in November, but more than 100 other judges and justices won endorsements from judicial performance commissions.

The recommendations, mandated by state law, are posted at TTP://www.cojudicialperformance.com. They include State Supreme Court Justices and judges on the State Court Of Appeals, District Courts and County Courts.

The commission that reviewed Archuleta says attorneys and non-attorneys who appeared in her court describe her has impatient, rude, unsympathetic and belittling.

In her response, Archuletta says she is rated high on judicial skills, knowledge of the law and case management. She blames repeat DUI offenders and their attorneys for the criticism.
