Report says Colorado experiencing 'Budget Tsunami'
Denver-The University of Denver is expected to release a report today, warning that Colorado won't be able to pay for many of the programs it's created in 2010.

According to the report, Colorado cannot pay for the government it's created.
The report says the budget cutbacks and shortfalls we faced in 2009 were only the beginning. And it says that unless the economy makes a dramatic turnaround, the next two years will be even worse.
The report also says Colorado's government is growing twice as fast as tax dollars are coming in.
