We’re just a day away from the massive rock ‘n’ roll concert Rock Jam 2009!

Wednesday night, a bunch of 11 News rockers gathered at Flyin’ Roosters in Grand Junction for part of the VIP Pre-Party.

This year’s headliner is a collection of some of the biggest names in music, Chickenfoot.

11 News Reporter Joe Gagnon celebrated by trying to beat his chicken wing eating record that he set last year.

He might still need a bathtub of Pepto Bismol Thursday, but he managed to down 43 wings in just 15 minutes.

His record last year was 53 in an hour.
