GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Rock Jam as we know it is no more, however in 2015 a new rock music festival will be launched at the Jam Ranch.

In a letter emailed to ticket-holders Tuesday morning it was announced that there will be no Rock Jam Music Festival in 2014, with the goal of creating a new rock music festival for 2015.

After reaching out to fans via surveys on social media, it became obvious that it was time for a change. That change manifested itself in retiring the Rock Jam brand and creating a new festival entirely.

The 'Loudwire Music Festival' will have its roots in rock music, but will also incorporate classic rock, hard rock, metal, alternative, and indie rock.

2013 Rock Jam seat holders and campsite owners will have the opportunity to renew their seats and campsites before ticket sales open to the general public this fall.
