BOULDER, COLO. (AP) -- A former Broomfield High School teacher and wrestling coach has been sentenced to life in prison for sexually assaulting a 17-year-old student.
Travis Masse will serve at least 10 years before he is eligible for parole, according to the Boulder Daily Camera.
District Judge Thomas Ensor told Masse he dashed his own promising prospects in life with his decision to sexually pursue his students.
