GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. The Mavs entered the final game of their series with Colorado Mines Sunday afternoon on an eight-game win streak, where they have outscored their opponents 67-16 in that span. That means they're averaging more than eight runs per game, while allowing just two.

More of the same in this one as Kyle Davis pitches for the 7-1 win, and they get more excellent contribution their bullpen.

That makes it an nine-game win streak, and back-to-back four-game series sweeps. CMU will begin their next series on the road at New Mexico Highlands beginning Friday.
