GJ Rockies: Offense goes quiet against Chukars

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The opening game against the Idaho Falls Chukars would be the worst offensive performance from Grand Junction.

Through nine innings they were held to a season low two hits and put out just three base runners in their 3-1 loss to the Chukars.

Joel Payamps was marked with his fourth loss of the season while his team drops to 3-6 in the second half.

Game two will take place Friday night at 7:05 PM.
