GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - On Friday, The Grand Junction Rockies could not get the monkey off their back until the sixth inning, when they were able to pull far away from the Idaho Falls Chukars.

Through five, it was a back-and-forth battle. For each run scored by the Rockies, the Chukars would bounce back in it to tie it.

After Grand Junction scored two in the sixth, they were met with silence from Idaho Falls through the end. The Rockies took game two 16-7.
