OLATHE, Colo. - The Olathe Pirates(4-0) protected their #8 ranking on Friday night with a 35-9 trouncing of Roaring Fork on Olathe's homecoming night.
Zach Cosper returned the opening kickoff 80 yards to put the Pirates on top 6-0. Keifer Wollert would extend the lead in the second quarter with a 23 yard scoring strike to Dillon Markley.
The undefeated Pirates travel to Coal Ridge next Friday as they continue conference play in the 2A Western Slope League.
