ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Denver's lopsided loss Monday to the New England Patriots proved costly for several Broncos players. The league fined offensive tackle Ryan Harris, running back Michael Pittman and linebacker Jamie Winborn $5,000 each for various infractions.
Harris drew a fine for unnecessary roughness when he shoved a Patriots player late following a fumble by Andre Hall.
Pittman was penalized for a chop block in the fourth quarter and Winborn for grabbing Matt Cassel by the face mask in the second quarter.
The Broncos also lost linebacker Boss Bailey and backup quarterback Patrick Ramsey for the season due to injuries in the 41-7 loss. They also lost cornerback Champ Bailey for at least a month with a pulled groin.
