Hotchkiss Advances, Paonia Falls in 1A Playoffs
HOTCHKISS, Colo - The Hothckiss Bulldogs football team soundly defeated the Holyoke Dragons in the first round of the 1A football playoffs on Saturday.
Runningback Ehan Coe led the way for the Bulldogs with 243 yards, Receiver Cody Richards had 109 yards in the Bulldogs' 68-26 win.
Hotchkiss hosts Yuma next Saturday.
The Paonia Eagles were edged 18-17 by Lyons.
