Mavs Falter in RMAC Finals

KEARNEY, Neb. - Seventh seed Mesa State knocked off the number two seed and teh number six seed to earn a spot in the championship of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday against number five Regis.

But their luck ran out there. The Mavericks lost 3–1. Alisan Tompkins led Mesa St. with 17 kills. With the loss, Mesa St. failed to reach the NCAA championships.
