When Was The Last Time You Ran 188 Miles? - 11 Comments Posted
It was the third weekend in June and I decided to take a couple of extra days off and go for a little run through the mountains of Utah. I have been running pretty regularly lately, but on that weekend I decided to push my limits a bit more. Instead of the regular 3-4 mile runs I had been doing, I decided to go for a 188 mile jog that started in Logan, Utah and ended in Park City, Utah (Read Blog)

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Sophomore outside linebacker Nate Vaimounga has been dismissed from the University of Colorado football team for violating team rules.

Athletic director Mike Bohn and football coach Dan Hawkins announced the move Tuesday.

Vaiomounga was academically ineligible this season. He's now been removed from the squad altogether, but Hawkins and Bohn didn't reveal the nature of the infraction.

They said only that it was unrelated to the thefts in the Buffaloes' locker room during a game last weekend.

Hawkins said in a statement that coaches have been consistent in showing zero tolerance for poor decision-making.

Should an NFL team with an 8-8 record go to the playoffs?

Yes. It's not their fault they play in a weak division.
No. The NFL should include better teams from tougher divisions.

The Arizona Cardinals (8-7) and the San Diego Chargers (7-8) could both reach the playoffs as division champions with 8-8 records. Should they be allowed to be in the playoffs because of their status as division champions? Or should the NFL take additional Wild-Card teams with better records to provide better playoff matchups?
