Montrose Girls Hope To Overcome Inexperience

MONTROSE, Colo. - The Montrose girl's basketball team won its first 14 games of the season last year and finished with a 19-5 overall record, including a trip to the second round of the state playoffs.

But a majority of the Indians experienced players from last year's squad have graduated and moved on. The indians will have to overcome inexperience in order to compete for a Southwestern League title.
