First Half Comeback Gives Tigers Momentum In Win

GRAND JUNCTION - Justin Trujillo hit a three pointer in the final seconds of the first half to give the Grand Junction Tigers their first advantage since leading 2-0 in a ten point win over Carbon County 61-51.

Geoff Baldwin led the Tigers with 20 points in the win while senior forward Everett Robinson sat out his second straight game to start the season.

The Tigers will be back on the floor on day 2 of the Warrior Challenge against Bear Creek at 8:30 p.m. MST.
