FRUITA, Colo - The Fruita Monument Wildcats were the only District 51 school to win on the opening day of the Wildcat Invitational after defeating the Battle Mountain Huskies 59-30 in the final game of the night.
The Wildcats will have a tough test on Friday night when they face off with the Thunderridge Grizzlies at 8:00 p.m.
