GRAND JUNCTION, Colo - Logan Hancock had a celebrated career as a football player and wrestler at Central High School.
In the fall of 2005 he was an All-Conference Running Back. That led to scholarship offers which he declined to pursue another passsion; mixed martial arts.
Logan was an up and coming fighter when a gas rig accident in July of 2007 left him horribly injured. Physicians told him he would never compete in any sport again.
Hancock refused to believe that and defied the odds. 18 months after the accident which could have caused him to give up, he is fighting once again. Logan will make his comeback debut during a full evening of boxing and MMA fights at Two Rivers Convention Center on January 24th. The event begins at 6:30 pm, doors open at 5:30 pm.
