ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Orlando's Dwight Howard got a record 3,150,181 votes to lead this season's All-Star balloting and will start center for the East. Howard leads the NBA in rebounds, blocked shots and double-doubles.

Joining Howard as East starters are guards Dwyane Wade of Miami and Allen Iverson of Detroit. The starting forwards will be reigning All-Star MVP Lebron James of Cleveland and Boston's Kevin Garnett.

The Lakers Kobe Bryant was the West's top vote-getter with over 2.8 million votes. He'll be joined at guard by New Orleans' Chris Paul. Houston's Yao Ming is the starting center, along with forwards Tim Duncan of San Antonio and Amare Stoudemire of Phoenix.

The game will be Feb. 15 in Phoenix.
