FRUITA, Colo. - Grand Junction Tiger's junior Sam Morgan hit two three pointers in the fourth quarter to give Junction the lead for good in a 48-36 win on Friday night over the Fruita Monument Wildcats.
Morgan's only points in the game came from his two three pointers, the first of which gave the Tigers a 38-35 lead.
Senior forward Everett Robinson scored a game high 19 points for the Tigers in the win.
Alex Mende led the Wildcats with eight points in the loss.
