Mavs Split at W. New Mexico

- The Mesa State women's basketball team's struggles continued with a 14 point loss at Western New Mexico on Saturday, despite 24 points and 15 rebounds for the Mavericks. Audra Major led the Mustangs with 15 points.

The Mesa State men continued their winning streak, pickup up their fifth straight victory with a 61-51 win over Western New Mexico. Sean Flohr led the way for the Mavs with 14 points. Jake Swartzendruber had a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds.
