OLATHE, Colo. - The Mesa State Mavericks landed a bruising running back from Olathe High School on Wednesday when David Rhodes signed a national letter of intent to play football for the Mavs next season.
Rhodes led the Pirates offensive attack in rushing and in touchdowns and helped lead the Pirates to the 2A State Championship last November.
