Mesa State junior forward Sean Flohr was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's West Division player of the week.
Flohr scored 17 points last Tuesday night to lead the Mavs past rival Western State by three points 64-61. He finished the game 4-4 from the three point line.
Two nights later Flohr scored 18 points in a win over Western New Mexico. 13 of Flohr's 18 points came in the second half of the game, and ten of those points were scored in the final five minutes of the game.
