GRAND JUNCTION - The Mesa State women's basketball team dropped another Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference game on Friday night by losing 78-65 to the Fort Lewis Skyhawks.
Fort Lewis built a large first half lead, but a flurry of three pointers by Mavs forward Hannah Breidell made things close early in the second half before the Skyhawks pulled away for the win.
The Mesa women's team plays its final home game of the season on Saturday night against the Adams State Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m. at Brownson Arena.
