Mesa Softball on Four Game Win Streak

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo - The Mesa State softball team appears to have turned the corner. The Mavericks struggled early in the season but has won four straight after winning a doubleheader against Regis on Saturday.

The Mavericks were down 2-0 before taking a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the third inning of game won, eventually winning 5-4. There was little doubt in game two as Mesa won 8-0.

They will finish the four game series on Sunday.
