GRAND JUNCTION, Colo- The Palisade Baseball team is making up for lost time this week. After having several games rained (or snowed) out, the Bulldogs are trying to squeeze in six games in five days.

Palisade swept a doubleheader against Battle Mountain on Tuesday. On Thursday the Bulldogs split a doubleheader against Steamboat at Suplizio Field.

In game one Palisade held a 3-0 lead before Steamboat rallied to win 6-5. The second game went much better for Palisade. Their offense came alive as the Bulldogs routed the Sailors 16-3.

Palisade is scheduled to play a doubleheader at Rifle on Saturday.
