ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Undrafted college free agent linebackers Braxton Kelley of the University of Kentucky and Jeff Schweiger of San Jose State have signed with the Denver Broncos.
The Broncos also waived tight end Adam Bergen and wide receiver Jayson Foster on Tuesday.
The signings of Kelley and Schweiger bring to 17 the number of undrafted college free agents the Broncos have signed.
Kelley had 287 tackles in 46 career games at Kentucky. He played middle linebacker his first three seasons but mostly weakside linebacker as a senior.
Schweiger played some defensive end in college. He transferred to San Jose State after playing three years at Southern Cal.
