The Grand Mesa major boys edged the Monument little league All-Stars on Saturay for a spot in the championship game.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo - The Grand Mesa major boys edged the Monument little league All-Stars on Saturay for a spot in the championship game.

It was a back and forth battle all game long before Grand Mesa came away with the 11-10 win. The victory puts Grand Mesa in Sunday's title game against Montrose. If Montrose loses on Sunday it will force a deciding game on Monday.
