DENVER (AP) - The Colorado Rockies begin the second half of the season Thursday night with a four-game road trip to San Diego.
When they'll have setup man Manny Corpas remains to be seen. A Rockies spokesman says no clear plan has been made.
Corpas went on the 15-day disabled list June 20 with bone spurs in his right elbow. He was eligible for reinstatement July 3.
Corpas says he's ready, "but I don't know if they will bring me back tomorrow or today." He was 1-3 with a save and a 5.40 ERA at the time he was injured.
Corpas completed his rehab assignment Sunday for Triple-A Colorado Springs. He made a scoreless one-inning appearance Saturday and came out of the game without pain.
He didn't throw at an optional workout Wednesday attended by a handful of players.
