DENVER (AP) - The Colorado Rockies have activated right-hander Manuel Corpas from the 15-day Disabled List.

The team also announced Thursday that right-handed pitcher Matt Belisle was designated for assignment.

The 26-year-old Corpas went on the Disabled List June 20 with bone spurs in his right elbow. He's third on Colorado's pitching staff in appearances this season despite missing 22 games since the injury.

Corpas is 1-3 with one save and a 5.40 ERA in 33 games for the Rockies this season.

The 29-year-old Belisle was in his second stint with the Rockies. His contract was purchased from Triple-A Colorado Springs July 11 when Alan Embree was placed on the Disabled List.
