Orchard Mesa Forced Into Deciding Game

The Orchard Mesa 10 & 11 year old little league All-Stars were unable to clinch the State championship on Tuesday. They will play a deciding game on Wednesday.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo - The Orchard Mesa 10 & 11 year old little league All-Stars were unable to clinch the State championship on Tuesday. They trailed 7-5 to Tri-Lakes in the top of the fifth inning when play was halted due to rain and lightning. Following the delay Tri-Lakes avoided elimination, winning 9-8.

Both teams now have one loss and will play a decisive game on Wednesday.
