Indians Shutout Warriors on the Pitch
The Indians got an insurance goal from Guenther Shane late in the second half to beat the Warriors 2-0 at Longs Park in Grand Junction on Tuesday evening.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - (KKCO) The Indians got an insurance goal from Guenther Shane late in the second half to beat the Warriors 2-0 at Longs Park in Grand Junction on Tuesday evening.

Montrose (8-1, 10-4) hasn't given up a goal in their last three games and has only given up 16 goals in 14 matches this season. They'll host Grand Junction High School next Tuesday in a battle between the league's top two teams.

Grand Junction Central (1-6, 2-10) hosts Durango on Friday.
