GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The GJ Rockies looked to come back with a win in tonights face-off against the Orem Owlz (LAA).
With five runs in the 2nd inning, things were looking up, but the Owlz answered with three in the bottom. But in the 4th David Dahl came out with an RBI triple, extending his hitting streak to nine games and giving the Rockies the 7-3 lead.
The Rockies (6-7) went on to win the first game of the series 9-6 with 12 hits and 1 error.
