Brian Rush steps down as Palisade Wrestling coach

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- After nine seasons and six consecutive WSL titles, Brian Rush stepped down as head coach of the Palisade wrestling team on Monday.

Rush cited family reasons in his resignation and he will also continue to help the Bulldogs as a volunteer coach.

Rush leaves the head coaching position less than two weeks after guiding Palisasde junior, Dalton Hannigan to his first state title.
