GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Rocky Mountain Orthopaedic Associates will be hosting a free runner's workshop on Thursday, August 23rd.
The workshop is open to runners of all ages and levels. It will be held at Colorado Mesa University's Monfort Human Performance Lab from 7:00-8:20pm.
Physicians will cover the basic elements of a proper running form, as well as shoe wear, flexibility and agility drills, and strength/core/balance training.
Those who attend will also receive a free Specialized fitness water bottle.
All runners are encourage to participate, whether you run for fun, for a workout, or in competitions.
