GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- A fundraising effort is underway to help Caleb Moore's family pay for his ongoing medical treatment.
Moore was airlifted to Grand Junction-area hospital late last Thursday night after sustaining severe injuries during a crash at the Winter X Games.
Moore underwent heart surgery on Friday morning to stop bleeding around his heart, but according to a family statement released on Sunday, Caleb's condition worsened over the weekend.
Fans and supporters are encouraged to donate via GiveForward to help Caleb's family with the medical expenses.
