GJ Rockies rally from seven runs down for second time this season

By  |

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. The Rockies had lost 11 of their last 12 games heading into Monday night's contest with Orem.

It looked like another loss when they trailed 9-2 after the top half of the 5th inning, but nine runs in the last four frames for the Rockies, along with great work in the bullpen, allowed them to win it 11-10. It was the second time this season Grand Junction has overcome a seven-run deficit to win.

The Rockies conclude their home schedule Tuesday at 7:05.
