GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Grand Junction Rockies suffered a tough loss against the Ogden Raptors who put up the first painful 13 runs of the game.

The team was stopped by strike outs, ground outs, and every other type of out and could not catch a break - until the 9th.

Ben Waldrip stepped up to the plate and hit a 2-run homer to right - his fourth of the week - but it was all the Rockies could muster by that point.

The team drops to 10-11 on the season and will conclude their 7-game homestand Monday night at 7:05 PM.
