GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Lacrosse is flourishing in the Grand Valley, no more so than at Grand Junction High School.
The GJ boys routed the Eagle Valley demons on Friday 9-2, securing the second spot in the Mountain Lacrosse Standings after Fruita Monument's loss to Aspen on Thursday.
The Tigers dominated the time of possession and jumped to an early 3-0 lead in the first quarter of the game.
No rest for the victors, though. They'll face Thompson Valley bright and early on Saturday.
